1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trustoryx services, website, or tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Trustoryx provides digital growth services including but not limited to: search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising management, web development, content marketing, and analytics consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide timely access to required platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, CMS, ad accounts), respond to requests within reasonable timeframes, and ensure content provided for publication does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in the service agreement. We accept payments via Stripe and Razorpay. Late payments may result in service suspension. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we employ industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including algorithm changes and market conditions.

6. Search Engine Submission (IndexNow)

To maximize search visibility and speed of indexing for your content, Trustoryx utilizes instant search engine indexing services and protocols, specifically the IndexNow protocol. By using our website or tools, you acknowledge and agree that we may automatically submit public content URLs and metadata to participating search engines (including but not limited to Microsoft Bing, Yandex, Seznam.cz, and Yep) to alert them to additions, updates, or deletions. These submissions are governed by the respective search engines' terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all content, data, and assets provided to Trustoryx. Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables including code, designs, and content created specifically for their projects.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. There are no lock-in contracts. Upon termination, Trustoryx will provide all deliverables completed to date and transfer access to all client-owned accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trustoryx's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. Trustoryx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
